(KOTA) - Petitions to refer the Rapid City Vision Fund Revision Ordinance to a vote in November failed to collect enough valid signatures, Rapid City Finance Director Daniel Ainslie announced. A total of 2,707 signatures were required - that number is five percent of Rapid City’s registered voters.
