BRYAN, Texas — A Rockdale man will spend the next two decades after being sentenced on two counts of Sexual Assault of a Child. According to the Brazos County District Attorney's Office, Jamarr Zamora, 22, picked up a 15-year-old victim in November 2022 and took her to a hotel in College Station and sexually assaulted her. The victim's mother reported her missing on Nov. 27, only to have her return the day after to also reveal that she had been sexually assaulted by Zamora.

Brazos County official arrested on assault charge
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - Brazos County District Clerk Gabriel Garcia has been arrested by Bryan police and booked into the county jail early Saturday.
