Beyond the Books: What’s Happening at Your Library
All branches of the Breckinridge County Public Library will be closed on Thursday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. We have a busy week ahead of us at our Hardinsburg Main Library! To start the week off we have Family Gardening at 9:30 a.m. and Art Club at 11 a.m., both on Thursday, June 27. Also, on Thursday we have Trivia Night at Bert’s Rivertown Grill in Cloverport at 5:30 p.m. On Friday, June 28 we have three programs. The first is our weekly Storytime at 10 a.m., the second is our special Puppy Party at 1 p.m. (read to a shelter animal, Bluey themed games, photo booth, and Blue’s Clues scavenger hunt), and the final program is our special BCPL at Happy Jack’s Winery from 5 to 7 p.m. On Monday, July 1 we have Family Book Bingo at 12:30 and 5 p.m. To finish the week out we have our weekly Storytime on Tuesday, July 2 at 10 a.m.

Breckinridge County Fair Pageants, Baby Contests Held Saturday
HARDINSBURG (06/15/24) – Events with the Breckinridge County Fair began over the weekend the Fair Pageants and Baby Contests Saturday at the Hardinsburg Elementary School. Keiley Johnson was crowned Miss Breckinridge County Fair; Scarlett Fuller was named Miss Pre-Teen; Bella Franklin was named Miss Teen and Rachel Graves was named Ms/Mrs. Breckinridge County Fair. The Fair opens to the public on Wednesday.
