CROOKSTON MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS VISITING WASHINGTON D.C.
Crookston Middle School students are in Washington, D.C. They left Crookston early Monday morning and hit the ground running as they saw some of the monuments. They made it a great day on the first day of the trip. Teacher Steve Kofoed said it was a long day, but the kids represented Crookston very well, learned some things, and hopefully had fun. Teacher Sue Wagner said many of them were going on very little sleep, and they were awesome. Some pictures from the first day of the trip are below.

Two men are being held without bond on multiple charges after allegedly fleeing police, crashing into a light pole and being chased on foot near Alexandria City High School. The incident occurred at around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9.
