Alexandria launching pilot program to make buses more wheelchair and scooter accessible
Alexandria’s DASH bus network is getting a new pilot that could make buses less of a hassle for those who use wheelchairs or scooters. A small number of DASH buses will have the Q’Straint’s Quantum system installed. Amazon Fresh at Potomac Yard to Open Friday
The Amazon Fresh store at Potomac Yard in Alexandria will open July 25, the company announced. The store, at 3801 Richmond Hwy., takes place of the Shoppers food store, which closed in early 2020.
