Legendary rock star has cancer surgery, band postpones tour dates: ‘I’ve much more to sing’
Heart has postponed the rest of its tour dates for 2024, including a show in Alabama, while its lead singer recovers from cancer surgery. Ann Wilson, 74, a founding member of the classic rock band, released a statement on Tuesday via Heart’s publicist, saying she had a successful surgery but will undergo chemotherapy and is taking the rest of the year off to recover. No other details were available, and Wilson’s statement said she wouldn’t elaborate on her heath issues in a public way.

One Hurt in DeKalb County Wreck on Tuesday Morning
One person was hurt in a single-vehicle accident, on Tuesday morning, in DeKalb County.
