July 26, 2024 – Registered voters in the city who wish to receive an absentee ballot for the August 6 Primary Election must submit their application by mail or via email by 5 p.m. on Friday, August 2, 2024. The Midland City Clerk’s office will be open Saturday, August 3 and Monday, August 5 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to receive in-person requests for absentee ballots, allow in-person absentee ballot voting, register new voters, and assist voters with questions.
