If you’re looking to ease into autumn, I may have found the perfect event for you. Chef (and beverage Connoisseur) Billy Vegas has curated an impressive autumn menu at a secret location in the Red Bank/Middletown area. All information related to the dinner party will be included below.

From ‘The Best Wurst’ to ‘Mesquite Strip Steak,’ the menu will not disappoint. Spots are limited to 12 people since the intimate event will help Vegas shape menus and events going into the Spring and Summer of 2024. Every detail has been considered, hospitality, food, everything.

Tickets are on sale now! The event is 21+, meaning no children are allowed.

“The idea of this early fall dinner party is to test the capacity of not just the kitchen but the guests and logistics at this specific location. We're looking to have multiple themed events every month come next spring and summer. This one, coming up on Oct 3, is strictly outdoors. Fall sweater vibes and fire pits are the scene. The menu itself was made to kind of reflect this transition season. The current space where we're having this specific dinner party is truly beautiful and has a great layout for this type of event. Part dinner party, part social club, surrounded by the core values of connection through food. This specific event menu showcases some local specialty products, some of my personal favorite dishes, and a lot of seasonal goodness. Guests can expect to not only eat well, but the intimate vibe of this specific event will lend itself to learning a thing or to as well, I'm sure.” – Chef Billy Vegas

When asked about his favorite course on the menu, Vegas says, “My personal favorite? The authentic Pasta Genovese is special to me, but I can never say no to a mesquite-smoked, hand-cut prime strip steak… But that's me!”

In an Instagram post, Billy Vegas further explains, “The questionably named ‘The Billy Vegas Supper Club’ will settle into October with an outdoor dinner party built to gain info from discerning guests who can help shape future events planned for Spring/Summer 2024.
