BRIDGEVILLE — Humane Animal Partners Delaware, an animal welfare organization with adoption centers in Rehoboth Beach, Wilmington and Stanton, will host a free wellness and vaccine clinic Thursday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Goodwill, 18178 Sussex Highway.

There is no limit to the number of pets participating per household, but the clinic will serve visitors on a first-come, first-served basis. Cats must be in a hard plastic or cardboard carrier, and dogs on nonretractable leashes. If a dog requires muzzling for veterinary care, its owner must bring one that fits and place it on the pet prior to arrival.

For those unable to attend this event, the group will host another Aug. 3 from noon to 4 p.m. at Seaford High School, 399 N. Market St. Extended, as part of the Children & Families First Family Leadership Academy and Resource Fair.
