‘All About Betsy’ to play at Fridays on Vine
“All About Betsy,” a band that plays just about every genre of music and a few of their own songs, will perform this Friday, July 19, at Fridays on Vine. The band formed around nine years ago after a member of another band approached Kim Smart, a singer, at an event in Salt Lake City and sparked a conversation after he overheard her say she was a singer. Smart agreed to sing in a new band to be created. Although the band member who approached Smart isn’t in the band anymore and several band members have come and gone, all it took was one short conversation to create All About Betsy.
