The Brewed in Minnesota exhibit is coming back to the Minnesota State Fair with a whole lot of beer.

The Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild will return to the fair with a showcase of the history and talents of breweries from around the state with a focus on the deep ties between agriculture and brewing.

The annual display is housed in the Agriculture and Horticulture Building.

Throughout the two-week exhibit, the Craft Brewers Guild will offer nearly 200 beers in rotating flights. "There will always be something new on tap for every fairgoer who stops by," Jess Talley, Executive Director of the Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild, said in a statement.

The flights will be organized by flavor profile, introducing drinkers to other beers related to the drinks they already enjoy. Those flight profiles include "Crisp and Clean" (cream ales, pilsners, and lagers), "Hoppy and Bitter" (IPAs, DDHIPAs, NEIPAs, and Hazy IPAs), "Fruity, Spicy, Tart, and Funky" (everything fruited, sour, or strange), "Malty, Sweet, Dark, and Roasty" (porters and stouts), Minnesota Mix (a grabbag of beers), and an "NA Craft Beverage Flight."

That last category is introduced to the exhibit for the first time and will feature drinks for non-drinkers or those who don't like beer, including non-alcoholic beer, cider, kombucha, sodas, and more.

The Brewed in Minnesota exhibit will be at the State Fair from opening day through the final day of the fair on Labor Day, Sept. 2.
