    Sure, the Minnesota State Fair starts this week , but that's not the only place you can grab something deep-fried and delectable.

    While some food trucks will pause during the fair to set up shop in the fairgrounds (like Paella Depot), others are still trucking around the Twin Cities.

    Here's where you can find 140 food trucks around the Twin Cities and beyond this week.

    As always, schedules change rapidly with food trucks. Please confirm your truck of choice is going to be there before hopping in the car.
