The Twin Cities' fifth full-service Hope Breakfast Bar opened in Woodbury this week.

The Woodbury restaurant celebrated its opening with a ribbon cutting Tuesday, joining existing locations in St. Paul, St. Louis Park, Eagan and Edina.

The brunch restaurant, open daily from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m., has rapidly expanded since it was introduced by Chef Brian Ingram and his wife, Sarah, in downtown St. Paul in 2019.
