The first venture from the recently merged Five Watt Coffee and Sencha Tea has arrived.

The combined company, Amplified Experiences, has opened 94 Bubbles, a boba tea café serving milk teas, milk coffees, and refreshers in an attached space at Five Watt's Lyndale neighborhood location.

“We have combined Five Watt’s attention to detail in terms of homemade syrups, flavor profiles, and cocktail bitters with the fun and aesthetics that people love about boba,” Emi Sporcik, Five Watt district manager, said in a statement.

The new concept quietly opened on Sept. 13 in the annex space where Five Watt has previously welcomed other concepts. Most recently, MB Foodhouse briefly took up residence before owner Kristen Martinez moved to Arizona. (Though, MB Foodhouse hosted a pop-up in Minneapolis earlier this month.)

Five Watt and Sencha merged in March but didn't disclose the terms of the deal. At the time, the company was already teasing the possibility of opening a third brand under the Amplified umbrella.

94 Bubbles is serving milk teas, milk coffees and refreshers daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
