Donations are pouring in for a Minnetonka woman who was left paralyzed after a fall while on vacation in Montana.

Diane Lundmark was injured when she fell while on a trip to Big Sky, Montana, where she and her husband were watching their son and daughter-in-law compete in a marathon.

Lundmark was using the restroom when she passed out, hitting her head on the toilet. The fall left her paralyzed from the chest down.

According to a GoFundMe created to support her in her recovery, Lundmark worked as a ski instructor at the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute in Minneapolis. She will now return to the facility as a patient.

Money raised will go toward expenses required for making Lundmark’s home accessible as well as for a mobility van.

“Diane has an amazing spirit and is one of the most motivated women you'll ever meet. As we enter the next stage of life, Diane will motivate and drive all of us to be our best selves,” the fundraiser, which was created by Lundmark’s husband, reads.

As of Friday, the GoFundMe had reached more than $50,000 of its $150,000 goal.
