Popular Twin Cities brunch restaurant Hope Breakfast Bar will arrive in Minneapolis next week.

The new location will become the downtown St. Paul-born brunch spot's sixth full-service restaurant in the Twin Cities area, joining existing outposts in St. Paul, St. Louis Park, Eagan, Edina and Woodbury.

Husband-and-wife duo chef Brian Ingram and Sarah Ingram introduced the concept in 2019.

Their restaurant group, Purpose Restaurants, also operates the Gnome Craft Pub and Apostle Supper Club in St. Paul.

In Minneapolis, Hope Breakfast Bar joins the North Loop Green development, which Texas-based real estate firm Hines completed in May .

The mixed-use development consists of a 34-story, 449-unit residential tower overlooking Target Field; a 14-story, 365,000-square-foot office building; and a 471-stall parking garage.
