Mademoiselle Miel will have a new home next month.

The chocolate shop with a focus on honey from its rooftop apiary has spent the last 13 years in St. Paul . But it's heading out of its charming brick storefront near the St. Paul Cathedral to 201 Ohio St. near Prospect Park, with a grand opening scheduled for Nov. 1 from 6–8 p.m.

"We have been incredibly supported by our community over the years, and we can’t wait to celebrate this transformation with everyone,” said Susan Brown, owner of Mademoiselle Miel.

"We hope to create even more opportunities to connect with the bees and to experience art and well-being through the chocolate we craft.”

The grand opening will feature its Coco the Bear mascot, as well as a taste of Mademoiselle Miel's Christmas offerings, including its honey-sweetened hot cocoa, gift boxes, and chocolates that were honored at the 2023 International Chocolate Awards.

The shop's new hours will be Tuesday through Thursday from 12–5 p.m. and Friday from 12–7 p.m.
