Body of missing 51-year-old woman found in St. Louis County

A 51-year-old woman who was reported missing on Oct. 13 in the Brookston area was found dead on Thursday.

Nori Pribble's body was found by the St. Louis County Rescue Squad (SLCRS) around 2 p.m. on Thursday during search efforts. She was found in a wooded area off of logging road just south of the 8800 block of McCamus Road in Brookston.

She was originally reported missing on Oct. 13 after a family member contacted the Fond Du Lac Police Department when they had not heard from her since that morning.

On Wednesday, FDLPD requested the assistance of the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office (SLCSO) and the SLCRS, sparking an aerial drone and ground search.

The incident remains under investigation by police, but her death is not believed to be suspicious.
