Qerim , a native of Connecticut, returned to her home state for the special broadcast.

First Take was forced to move out of their usual Manhattan HQ for Wednesday’s NBA Draft.

Molly likened the move to a “high school reunion” and wowed with her choice of outfit.

The anchor rocked a figure-hugging white top along with a pendant necklace for the broadcast.

She paired the look with huge oversized baggy trousers, colored in different shades of green.

“First Take Back in Bristol and Molly looks beautiful,” wrote one viewer on X.

“Molly Qerim is the top sportscaster around!” said another.

“So beautiful love that sweet smile,” added a third.

First Take began in 2007 and broadcast from Studio E in Bristol for its first 11 years.

The show moved to the Seaport studios in Manhattan, New York, in September 2018.

The return to Connecticut on Wednesday wasn’t universally loved by all with lead analyst Stephen A. Smith left back in New York.

Smith complained he was “in a closet” while the rest of the panel headed upstate.

Fellow analyst Chris “Mad Dog” Russo advocated for a change back to Bristol because the “traffic was better.”

“I will say this,” a deadpan Smith complained in response.

“Normally I would sit up there [Mad Dog Russo] and say you need drug testing, I ain’t driving up to Bristol.

Molly Qerim has risen through the ranks to become one of the biggest stars at ESPN.

The popular sports host began her media career in 2006 with ESPN and spent four years with the network.

She then covered college basketball and football for CBS Sports Network in New York.

Qerim balanced that with hosting duties for NFL Network in Los Angeles – fronting NFLAM and NFL Fantasy Live.

The host returned to ESPN in 2015 and immediately took the role of First Take anchor.

And Qerim has been an ever-present, popular host of the daily sports debate show ever since.

“But considering y’all are in a studio and I’m in a damn closet in New York City, I might consider it.”

“That’s messed up,” laughed Qerim in response, adding, “You deserve better than that Stephen A.”

Later in the day, Smith was left stunned by his New York Knicks’ surprise pick in the NBA Draft.

The 56-year-old went from being “ecstatic” to speechless in seconds on live TV.

First Take airs every weekday at 10 am Eastern on ESPN.
