Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company announced the return of fan-favorite Punkless Dunkel and the introduction of Young Pumpkinstein. Punkless Dunkel is a dark wheat ale with pumpkin and spices. Starting with an imperial version of a retired brew, Dunks Ferry Dunkelweizen, as the base, pumpkin puree along with more than a dash of all the classic pumpkin pie spices is added right into the kettle. Dark brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice is paired with the banana esters and spicy clove notes imparted by the yeast during its vigorous fermentation. There’s a rich malty body, somewhat sweet character and warm finish. This fall staple sits at an ABV of 8.8 percent.

United Way seeks donations for back-to-school drive
United Way of Bucks County is seeking monetary donations for its annual back-to-school drive, Stuff the Bus. The drive, which runs through the end of August, provides local K-12 students in need with essential supplies like sturdy backpacks, binders, pens, pencils and rulers. Cleaning kits containing hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and tissues are also included.
Traveling quilt exhibit at Pennsbury Manor
