Library Park in Madison will be packed with shopping and games on Saturday for the annual Mart in the Park. The event begins this Saturday at 9am and runs until 3pm. PIERRE, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - A 38-year-old man from Winner will serve 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to raping a person incapable of giving consent. RAPID CITY, S.D. - At approximately 2:30 a.m. on July 25, police responded to a vehicle rollover at the 3400 block of Skyline Drive. They found a white passenger vehicle overturned and multiple injured individuals around the scene.
