Watertown man enters plea agreement for one charge of rape & remaining are dismissed
{KXLG – Watertown, SD} On July 17, 2024, 63-year-old James Barrett Kaska, a convicted sex offender, pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree rape. Changes coming to trophy buffalo licenses in Custer State Park
South Dakota officials are changing trophy bison hunting laws in the sate to allow archery hunting and are increasing the number of licenses available. Trophy bison in Custer State Park will now be allowed to be harvested with a bow. Previous law set by the department restricted hunters to using a high-power rifle.
