The Buckeye Institute filed an appeal with the state’s highest court in the case of five of the original 10 clients. Youth accused of fatal crash while fleeing in stolen car is indicted on murder charge
CLEVELAND, Ohio – A Cleveland youth accused of causing a fatal crash while fleeing from police in a stolen car has been indicted in adult court. Tyron Griffin, who is now 18, is charged with the murder of Michelle Wall, a 44-year-old Cleveland mother, on St. Patrick’s Day. He was 17 and didn’t have a driver’s license when he crashed into Wall’s car following a police chase between Euclid and Cleveland, authorities say.
