    'No suspects at this time': Victim injured in weekend Brockton shooting

    BROCKTON — A 36-year-old man was injured in a shooting that occurred in a Brockton parking lot over the weekend, police said.

    The victim was at a parking lot across the street from 45 Petronelli Way, which is located near the new Marvelous Marvin Hagler statue, when he was shot at about 3 a.m. Saturday morning, Brockton police spokesperson Darren Duarte said.

    The victim was treated at the scene by paramedics and then transported to the hospital with a non-life-threatening injury, Duarte said.

    The police have no suspects at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact Brockton police detectives at 508-941-0234.
