Timberlake did not have any obvious signs of trauma, per police. Sources told PIX11 News that the home Timberlake lived in was messy and that other children lived there.

The family has a history with the Administration for Children’s Services.

The boy’s father has not been charged with a crime. An investigation into Timberlake’s death is ongoing.
