4 sought for shooting at Bronx crowd, injuring woman

NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — Police on Friday released photos of four men sought for shooting at a Bronx crowd and injuring a woman last month.

The shooting happened just before 5 a.m. on Friday, June 28, in the vicinity of Sampson Avenue and Swinton Avenue in Throgs Neck, cops said.

According to officials, the four suspects acted in concert and discharged multiple rounds at a group of people, striking a 19-year-old woman in both of her legs.

The suspects then fled the location on foot, traveling southbound towards Sampson Avenue.

EMS transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi in stable condition.
