MORE: Millions of dollars in illegal drugs taken off NYC streets after two major Bronx drug busts The deli located at 1968 Arthur Ave. is barricaded by a metal pull down door and sealed by signage from the state Office of Cannabis Management. This marks the third shutdown in the last two weeks as the city’s Operation Padlock to Protect is in full swing. The mayor’s office has teamed up with the OCM and NYC Sheriff’s Office to seize product and shut down business at storefronts selling cannabis illegally.
