Police searching for man wanted in burglary pattern in Bronx

THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — Police are searching for a man they believe is connected to a burglary pattern in the Bronx.

The individual is accused of stealing over $400 in cash, cash register drawers, and beverages, according to the NYPD.

The first burglary happened at a restaurant near Williamsbridge Road and Chesborough Avenue around 1:12 a.m. on Wednesday, June 26. The suspect forcibly entered the restaurant and stole $200 from the front cash drawer and two cash register drawers valued around $200 from the back of the store, police said.

Around 18 minutes later, an unknown individual forcibly entered another restaurant in the same vicinity and stole $200 from the front cash drawer and two cash register drawers valued around $200 from the back of the store, according to the NYPD.

The third burglary happened around 1:03 a.m. on Saturday, July 13. An unknown individual forced their way into a commercial building near Castle Hill Avenue and Lyon Avenue, police said. The individual stole 15 Arizona ice teas and fled.

The NYPD released a surveillance image of the suspect. No injuries were reported.
