Las Vegas man faces charges for threatening government officials, including Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, 32-year-old Spencer Gear has been accused of threatening to assault and murder federal judges and state employees in Montana, Washington, D.C., New Jersey, and New York.

Rite Aid has been closing hundreds of stores since it filed for bankruptcy in October. Of the 699 stores that the company has announced in bankruptcy filings that it is closing, 80 are in Rite Aid’s home state of Pennsylvania. The pharmaceutical company was based in East Pennsboro Township for decades and now calls Philadelphia home.

The nine-story building at 597 Grand Street offers residents spacious units with modern amenities, like a fitness center and rooftop terrace. New Yorkers earning 80 and 130 percent of the area median income can apply for the units, priced from $1,757/month for studios to $3,963/month for two bedrooms.
