Blank Street Coffee , a rapidly expanding coffee brand known for its signature cold brew and matcha offerings, has plans to open a new location in the heart of Brooklyn’s One Boerum Place .

The mixed-use development, which also features high-end apartment residences, will soon host Blank Street Coffee in a 1,700 square-foot space, anticipated to debut in summer 2024 .

With the signing of this 10-year lease, retail occupancy at One Boerum Place has reached 90 percent, leaving only one of the five retail storefronts available, the New York Business Journal reports — the remaining retail space is 2,100 square feet.

One Boerum Place offers 96 one- to four-bedroom residences. More than half of these homes come with the coveted feature of private outdoor space.

Blank Street Coffee since its founding just four short years ago in August 2020 has built a network of 36 locations across New York and has outposts in London, Boston, and DC, according to its website.

“However brief your coffee ritual, it sets the tone for your day,” the website notes. “It’s rituals like these that give us a sense of structure, place, and confidence to take on the world. Rituals matter, and great rituals make your life better. That is why we invest so much time perfecting every detail in our customer experience.”
