The Philadelphia 76ers still have some work to do after their big free agency haul of Paul George, Andre Drummond, and Eric Gordon. However, there is still work to do for this team as they look to build their team around their Big 3.

For one, they still need a power forward. One option could be the Brooklyn Nets as they begin their own rebuild and Dorian Finney-Smith could be on the table.

    Per Michael Scotto of HoopsHype:

The 76ers have exploratory interest in trading for Nets forward Dorian Finney-Smith, league sources told HoopsHype, but nothing is considered imminent there.

Finney-Smith fills a need for the Sixers. He averaged 8.5 points and 4.7 rebounds in the 2023-24 season for Brooklyn while shooting 34.8% from deep. His ability to shoot the ball, be a pest on the defensive end of the floor, and be a reliable piece is attractive for the Sixers. He also has experience winning as he was a starter for the Dallas Mavericks who reached the Western Conference finals in 2022.

The trade package to get Finney-Smith would be interesting, but if the Sixers could pull something off, he would be a nice addition to the team. The challenge now is to fill out the roster with some win-now players.
