    L subway service resumes in Brooklyn after person struck by train: MTA

    BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) – L subway service was temporarily disrupted in Brooklyn Friday afternoon after a person was struck by a train, according to the MTA.

    A 41-year-old man was hit by a train at the Wilson Avenue station in Bushwick around 11:20 a.m., police said. It’s unclear how the man ended up on the tracks.

    L trains were severely delayed after the incident, but normal service has since resumed.
