MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Lake rescue crews found a missing jet skier Sunday amid heavy rain, making it harder to see on Lake Mendota, the Madison Fire Department reports. Members of MFD’s Lake Rescue Team and the Dane County Sheriff’s Office headed to Memorial Union, on the 800 block of Langdon Street, around 5:35 p.m. for the report of a missing jet skier. Officials spoke with a friend of the missing boater, who described the individual and the jet ski.

The MFD Lake Rescue Team and the Dane County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the Memorial Union for a report of a missing jet skier on Lake Mendota.
