PADUCAH, Ky. (KBSI) – A Paducah man and three 17 year olds face charges after police say they stole items from unlocked vehicles. Xavier Hodges, 18, of S. 25th Street faces charges of engaging in organized crime, three counts of unlawful transaction with a minor 2nd degree, six counts of theft of contents from a vehicle and giving an officer false identifying information.
