Shipley Do-Nuts , a beloved staple in the world of sweet treats, is set to bring its iconic flavors to Brookshire, TX . The new location, spearheaded by Franchisee Michael Knobelock , will be situated at 29801 Jordan Crossing Blvd . With an estimated renovation cost of $200,000, the project will transform a 1,432 square foot space into a welcoming haven for donut enthusiasts.

Knobelock, known for his dedication to quality and community, has planned an extensive interior build-out to ensure that the new Shipley Do-Nuts location meets the brand’s high standards. The renovation will include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work to support the shop’s operations and create a comfortable environment for customers.

This new establishment will not only offer Shipley’s renowned variety of donuts and kolaches but also promises a modern and inviting atmosphere for patrons. With a focus on quality craftsmanship and customer experience, Knobelock aims to make this location a beloved destination for Brookshire residents and visitors alike.

As the opening date approaches, excitement is building among the community. Shipley Do-Nuts has long been cherished for its commitment to excellence, and this new venture in Brookshire is poised to continue that tradition.

The project is set to commence in September 2024, with an anticipated completion date in December 2024 when the aroma of freshly baked donuts will surely draw in sweet-toothed customers from near and far.
