Latest Southern Utah Indian Food Buffet On A Budget!
I love food. LIke, love-LOVE! Everything from Italian & Mexican to Thai & Indian and tons of in between. I decided to try a newer Indian buffet in town. The name is Maharaja. I knew it was going to be hard to rate Maharaja because one of my favorite restaurants in Southern Utah is Red Fort. At Red Fort he Indian spices and flavors are AWESOME and I feel like you still get good service and plenty of food for the price. Did Maharaja measure up? Pretty darn close. I'll give you the breakdown. (FOOD PICS AND RATING BELOW)
Luby’s In St. George? Let’s Do This
Fond memories from childhood can be deceiving. Maybe you distinctly recall a certain color car your family owned ("I swear we had a purple Falcon!"). Or perhaps you remember a strange place you visited ("I'll never forget when we got to eat part of the world's biggest pumpkin pie"). Maybe it was an offbeat houseguest ("I can't believe Kenny Rogers came and stayed with us that one weekend").

'Art for me has been a really powerful medicine': This St. George mural artist is painting the town
From scaling the sides of buildings to bringing charm to children's bedrooms, this mural artist is leaving a colorful mark all over St. George. “Art for me has been a really powerful medicine,” Ashley Graf said, standing next to her canvas paintings inside Oasis Gardens & Gallery. “When something is created that’s really interesting, two things we experience always: curiosity and wonder. Like, how did they do that? And wow, that’s amazing - right down to our very bodies. And that’s such a powerful magic to bring into your life.”
Paper Jams: Indie-folk duo Eldersister showcases compelling songwriting with original tracks
Southern Utah's live music scene is flourishing, and the Canyon Media crew is back to highlighting local musicians. So gather around for another session of “Paper Jams.”. Coming to you from Cloud 9 Studios at Canyon Media, this month's edition features Eldersister, an indie-folk duo that dives boldly into an alt-country sound – think Indigo Girls meets Dolly Parton in a gritty honky-tonk bar.
