El PASO, Texas (WBKO) – A Tompkinsville woman charged with the 2023 murder of a Texas Uber driver is expected to stand trial in August. Phoebe Copas, 48, of Tompkinsville, is charged with the murder of Daniel J. Piedra Garcia, 52, who police say was shot in the back of the head while driving a car on June 16, 2023.
