A Tulsa-area contractor faces 17 counts of felony embezzlement following an investigation by the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office. The Oklahoma Consumer Protection Unit filed charges on Monday against Todd Douglas Briggs who operated T. Briggs Construction and Oasis Pools ans Outdoor Living. UCO Rowing names Jimmy Francis interim head coach
