    One arrested in connection with 4th of July hit-and-run in Broussard

    BROUSSARD, La. ( KLFY )– One person was arrested after a hit-and-run that followed the fireworks display in Broussard for the 4th of July.

    The Broussard Police Department said four cars were hit during the incident, and one person sustained minor injuries as a result of the hit-and-run.

    The suspect, 24-year-old Arlana Tia Nicole Wiltz, was arrested, and charged with DWI, reckless operation, hit and run, two counts of battery on a police officer and resisting an officer.
