BROWN COUNTY —Law enforcement in Brown County are investigating a suspect for skipping court. On June 22, deputies arrested 33-year-old Latisha Campbell of Hiawatha on a Brown County Failure to Appear Warrant, according to Sheriff John Merchant. She remains in custody, according to online jail records.

On June 18 at approximately 4:25 p.m., the Brown County Sheriff’s Office and Department of Children and Families (DCF) went to a residence in Morrill to perform a welfare check, which resulted in the arrest of Alicia Jennings, 33, and Patrick Perkins, 38--both who are of Morrill--on charges of Possession of Meth and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
