Suspect Arrested in Early Morning Homicide on I Parkway in South Sacramento
At approximately 4:30 AM on June 17, 2024, Sacramento Sheriff’s Central Division Patrol Deputies were dispatched to the intersection of I Parkway and Forest Parkway in South Sacramento, following reports of a deceased male. Upon arrival, deputies, alongside fire personnel, confirmed the individual was deceased due to a gunshot wound. The victim was subsequently identified as 31-year-old Sherman Gage.
