The Spencer County Humane Society, located at 668 Taylorsville Road, had its grand opening Saturday. Founder Victoria Snyder was inspired to start her own humane society after working for others in surrounding areas.

Man Found Shot To Death Inside Car
A man is dead after a shooting in downtown Louisville early Sunday morning. Louisville Metro police said around 1:30 a.m. officers were called to the 800 block of West Main Street, near the Louisville Slugger Museum, on the report of a shooting.
