STAFFORD — Kevin and Lisa Webb of Clifton Springs Country Club won the New York State mixed team golf senior title after five playoff holes at Stafford Country Club on Monday. They beat three other pairs in the playoff, including Meredith Hobika of Yahnundasis Golf Club and Luke Hobika of Drumlins Golf Club. Under the new agreement, NYSID member agencies will staff for janitorial and mail fulfilment services for NGI’s respective Schenectady and Buffalo, N.Y., headquarters. Janitorial services will be carried out on-site, while mail fulfillment services will occur at the Center for Disability Services mail fulfillment integrated business in Albany, N.Y. Albany man admits to trafficking cocaine, marijuana
An Albany man is facing at least 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to trafficking cocaine and marijuana in the Capital Region. Brian Scott, 44, admitted in U.S. District Court that he and a co-conspirator sent drug couriers, known as “horses,” to transport cocaine to the North Country and marijuana to the Capital Region, the U.S. Attorney Office’s said. He also admitted to selling over 400 grams of cocaine to someone between May and September 2023.

Police: Man arrested twice in 14 hours for stealing car, having drugs
An Orange County man was arrested in the Capital Region twice in 14 hours. William J. Mauriello, 38, of Warwick, was stopped on Route 50 in Wilton late Sunday evening for a traffic violation. Mauriello did not have a valid driver’s license, police said. Troopers also found a glass smoking device containing drug residue. They also found new items in the vehicle with price tags attached.
