Court documents in the case of missing Manassas Park mother Mamta Kafle Bhatt allege her husband, Naresh Bhatt, murdered her in their home before dragging her out and concealing her body on or around July 30. Naresh Bhatt is expected to appear in a Virginia court on Aug. 26.

$285K Permit Issued For Upcoming Dunkin’
