    Have you seen these trendy-looking reverse hard boiled eggs with white insides and a yolky outer layer? Here's how you can do it at home.

    If you're stuck at home thanks so social distancing and a quiet holiday week, you may want to try this very neat, usual reverse egg yolk hard boiled egg trick. In fact, it's just the kind of hey-how'd-you-pull-that-off brunch trick that'll make the family go wild, and a fun science lesson for the kids when you show them how you did it. Your secret is safe with us if you decide you want to tell your family members you have a new, very special, and very rare egg-dealing wizard you've been sourcing your breakfast ingredients from.

    It's pretty easy, and all you'll need is probably already sitting in your fridge and kitchen junk drawer. The hack requires some chicken eggs, masking tape or other strong tape, and old stockings to make this eggs-ellent mind-bender work.

    The egg-citing version of everyone's favorite protein standby, first outlined in a YouTube video by a Japanese chef, relies on centrifugal force created by spinning the eggs before cooking. It works almost flawlessly thanks to the yolk portion of the raw chicken egg being denser, so it eventually moves to the outside of the white albumen fluid when the trick is performed correctly.

    "The egg has two parts in it, white and yellow. People usually prefer to eat only the yolks and put the egg whites aside. Or even vice versa like I did when I was little. But have you ever thought you could reverse the contents of the egg color? Apparently you can!

    For those of you who are curious and wonder if the yolk can be outside while the white is inside, let's try it right away!

    First, provide raw chicken eggs, in a shell. Next, cover the eggs with masking tape to keep the shell from being damaged. Then, insert the eggs into the stockings (or you can also use a long cloth) until they are in the middle. Tie at both ends of the egg so it doesn't come out of the stockings.

    After that, spin the stockings of eggs until they move like tops for 30-50 times. Check by using a flashlight, if the flashlight beam does not penetrate the egg, maybe you have succeeded.

    Prepare boiling water. You can remove the tape from the egg. Then boil the eggs that have been twisted around in the normal way.

    If you succeed the egg yolk will be completely in the outer layer of the egg white. The results of this experiment can vary, some look perfect and some don't."

    Definitely do not skimp on the number of spins though, because this is the absolute essence of nailing a completely successful reversed yolk hack. In fact, if you spin any less than 30 times, you run the risk of actually combining the yolk with the egg's whites, and then ending up with a somewhat pale yellow hard boiled egg that's all one color throughout. Entirely pale yellow innards would be a whole different hack though, defeating the point of this new eggs-ercise.

    It's also important not to skip the tape step, which seems crucial in preserving the egg's integrity during the homemade centrifuge process. The good news is that if you don't have a traditional flashlight, the one on your smartphone will likely do just as well.After your eggs have boiled, set them in a bowl of ice for a few minutes to cool and stop the cooking process. When you peel back the tape and shell, you should quickly begin to see yellows, or reverse yolks, first. It's also crucial not to overcook your hard boiled beauties, because overcooking can lead to that icky greenish-gray ring around the yolky part of eggs. It's unattractive, although not harmful, and ruins the aesthetic joy of this healthy, delicious prank. Cooking eggs for just the right amount of time ensures the chemical reaction between sulfur and iron inside the egg yolk that causes that ring can't occur.

    either this way or as regular hard-boiled eggs, when done , & peeled, try cutting each egg in half, on each flat cut middle add in a light sprinkle of salt & pepper, then over it add on a generous thick glob of mustard. then eat it. it's pretty good.😋😊😉â˜șđŸ˜±
