Laurel resident Devin Michael Jones has been identified by investigators as the man killed in an early morning crash near Delta Bingo on Laurel Meade Road earlier this week. 26 July 2024- Multiple accidents in the tristate area are completely bottlenecking and stopping traffic this afternoon. Pennsylvania State Police, Franklin Fire Company, Chambersburg EMS, and multiple fire police companies are in the area of the on/off ramps of I-81NB, mile marker 14 (Wayne Avenue) in Guilford Township just outside of the borough of Chambersburg.
