Devastating Theft – Lisa’s Car Stolen from Public Storage in Jeffersontown. Seeking Answers – Frustration Grows as Lisa’s Stolen Car Found Miles Away. According to the report of Wave, in May, Lisa had a terrible surprise when her car was stolen from a Public Storage facility in Jeffersontown, Kentucky. Thieves took the motor, brake line, seats, and console from her car, leaving her with many questions. Even though her son had locked the storage unit, it was replaced with a lock from the facility. After waiting seven days for the facility to cut the new lock, Lisa found the unit empty with no sign of her car or any broken glass. Her insurance company told her the car was impounded on May 14, and the police report said it was found over 27 miles away in Valley Station.

Bullitt Co. man busted with nearly 30lbs of weed at Louisville airport
A Bullitt County man has been busted with nearly 30 pounds of marijuana at Muhammad Ali International Airport. Nickalos W. Ashlock, 21, of Shepherdsville, was nabbed by a K-9 officer which alerted on his luggage, which, along with Ashlock, was arriving in Louisville after a flight from Los Angeles, California, according to a report by WAVE.com.
Authorities identify woman hit and killed by train in Louisville's Clifton neighborhood
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A woman who was hit by a train and died earlier this week in Louisville's Clifton neighborhood has been identified. According to the Jefferson County Coroner's Office, 40-year-old Melyssa Stevenson died after being hit by a train on Tuesday morning at Stoll Avenue near Arlington Avenue, which is off Frankfort Avenue.
