The Village at Newtown shopping center has established itself as a destination for dining in Bucks County, featuring a host of restaurants, pubs and bakeries, including Harvest Seasonal Grill, Turning Point, Iron Hill Brewery, Bomba Taco + Bar, Nothing Bundt Cakes, MOD Pizza, Chopt, Crumbl Cookies, Árdana and Bobby Chez Gourmet To-Go.

Beginning next week, you'll find the upscale steakhouse The Capital Grille added to the mix.

The fine dining restaurant will open its doors in the shopping center in Newtown Township on Sept. 8.

Boasting an emphasis on “personalized and anticipatory service in a relaxing, yet elegant atmosphere,” The Capital Grille is best known for its dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood and fine wines.

The new restaurant spans 8,562 square feet, including a lounge and three private spaces for events, and includes iconic Capital Grille features, such as its chrome lions, an expansive wine cellar and a wall of clocks representing the times in the financial capitals around the world.

At its helm is managing partner Michael Callahan who celebrates 14 years with The Capital Grille, originally starting as a server.

“I am excited about bringing The Capital Grille to Bucks County, where I grew up. Welcoming my community in for an exceptional dining experience holds a special meaning to me,” Callahan said in a press release.
