On Saturday at 2:55 p.m. an updated excessive heat warning was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 8 p.m. for Eastern Montgomery and Lower Bucks as well as Delaware and Philadelphia counties. The weather service states, "Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 106 degrees."
