Update: Bucks and Philadelphia counties under a flash flood warning until 1 a.m. Thursday
An updated flash flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 10:30 p.m. in effect until Thursday at 1:30 a.m. for Bucks and Philadelphia counties. "At 10:30 p.m., local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Standing water around the Middletown resulted in some vehicles becoming stranded. . Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is already occurring," says the weather service. "Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other drainage and low-lying areas."
